The three primary Energeia programmes are delivered as online, pre-recorded content on this site. They all contain teaching materials and reflective tasks. You can post comments and ask questions on the lessons, and get online support in the specific lesson areas.
This model of coaching has worked well for my clients who want to strike a balance between managing their time and getting the help they need.
Content is drip-fed every 30 days. This is to retain focus. I've tried it a number of other ways, including giving full access at once, and this delivery model is the best for what we're doing here.

Core Courage is the entry-level coaching programme that we offer. Based on the 12 Keys of Core Courage, it is designed to support the development of clarity of purpose, confidence, integrity, strength and fortitude. The world needs more of all of this. Leadership begins with personal leadership.
Need to talk?
Core Courage and Kinesis clients also save 10% on 1-1 coaching calls. Calls are not included in the programme price because not everyone needs them. If you do, you can book them as and when you need them, and save on the usual price.
Career development?
Move in the right direction with our flagship programme
Kinesis is about action. Courage isn't much use without it. Develop your skills and knowledge, your usefulness, your range and your value with access to wide-ranging career development content.
