Welcome to the Energeia blog.

It's been a few years in the making, but Energeia is finally here. In this blog, I'll talk about self-development and career development, but don't forget that the 'good stuff' will be reserved for my clients in the Energeia Client Community. Everyone will gain access to that, regardless of which programme they are on.

There are three primary coaching programmes - Core Courage (for personal development), Kinesis (for career development) and Successful Sage (for business development). There will also be separate online workshops and a shorter (and more targetted) 1-1 coaching programme called Restart. More on all that at another time.

In the about section, I provide a brief introduction to how I got here (meaning Energeia), but there is more to the story than that. I'll talk about it in the Energeia Client Community - not because I like to talk about myself, but rather as a series of cautionary tales.🤣
